Information the server may process

Routine request logs

A normal server log may record an IP address, browser type, requested URL, and time. This data helps find errors, block abuse, and keep the service available.

Site measurement

We use Clicky for analytics. It records aggregate traffic, popular pages, device types, and errors so we can see what is worth improving. Clicky sets its own cookies and is loaded from getclicky.com; it handles that data under its own published safeguards, and we use it only to run and measure the site. Nothing else is loaded from a third party: there is no advertising, no embedded media, and no social tracking. This policy will be updated if that setup changes in a meaningful way.

Information kept on your device

Local browser storage

The emoji keyboard may save recent emoji and favorites in local storage. Other tools may save a choice on the same device. This lets features work without an account. You can remove that data in your browser settings.

Clipboard and creative tools

Copy actions, kaomoji building, translator input, and emoji art run in your browser. Do not paste private or sensitive text into any online tool unless you are comfortable using it there. Read the emoji accessibility guide for clear and inclusive sharing tips.

Providers, retention, and choices

Service providers

Hosting and security providers may process routine request data. Operational records are kept only as long as needed for security, reliability, legal duties, or a support reply.

Your choices

You can block local storage or analytics in browser settings. For a privacy question, contact Cool Smiley. The About page explains the site’s data and editorial method.
