What we publish
Reference pages
Each emoji page shows the official name, code points, Emoji version, sequence type, examples, and related characters. Category pages use facts from the real dataset. They do not change one word in the same empty paragraph.
Practical tools
The keyboard, meaning finder, combos, kaomoji maker, translator, randomizer, and art maker solve different tasks. The tools explain what they do, what they cannot know, and what stays on your device.
Learning guides
The learning center covers emoji history, Unicode, meanings, culture, etiquette, accessibility, devices, social use, and creative work. Each article has a visible byline, dates, sources, and links to the next useful topic.
How the data works
Official sources
Names, groups, sequences, and versions come from the Unicode Emoji specification and the official Emoji 17.0 charts. Search terms also use CLDR names and keywords. Your phone, computer, or app draws the artwork.
Facts versus social meaning
The code point is stable. Social meaning is not. A symbol can feel warm, dry, rude, funny, or ironic based on the words, relationship, culture, age group, and app. We label those readings as context, not as one fixed definition.
How pages are reviewed
Programmatic pages with real differences
Generated reference pages combine page-specific names, code points, sequence parts, versions, keywords, examples, accessibility labels, and subgroup links. Curated notes add extra detail for symbols with common slang or ambiguity.
Corrections
